Photo Time!

Ok, time for me to go crazy posting photos of our Christmas :)

Big boys opening up some Thomas the Tank Engine stuff...

Master P LOVES the kiddy show 'In The Night Garden' so we got him Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy...

He also scored this cool rocker, which he goes CRAZY on...

Master L on the new trampoline...

Master H's turn on the tramp...

I'll get shot for posting this, but oh well LOL Mr B LOVES pavlova which my Mum made for dessert especially for him. He scored the last piece as we were cleaning up the table and grabbed the closest utensils he could find, ie, the serving knife and a fork LOL He is such a dag!

We had such a lovely day, even though there was only just a few of us here.

Time for a catch up!

Slack blogger again. I keep thinking of things i'd like to write in here, but then I get sidetracked and forget. I have decided though that no matter the subject i'm going to write about it. This is my outlet to get things out of my head and off my chest, so that is my resolution, to keep it up to date more.

Now that i've said that, I hope everyone has had a very Merry Christmas and enjoyed the time whether it be spent with family or friends. We had a really lovely Christmas this year, the boys are at a fantastic age to really get into it more. The day was spent here at home, with my Mum and Dad and also my grandmother (Gi-Gi) coming just before lunch and then spending the rest of the day with us.

Even though we said that we wouldn't go crazy this year on buying presents for the boys, well it didn't happen and of course they got stacks again. Oh well, i'm not too worried. At the end of the day they only get gifts from a few people so we just make up the shortfall ;)

Boxing Day was also lovely this year. We spent the day with my Aunty and cousin at Caloundra and it was so nice! We had a yummy lunch, a swim in the pool, played on the deck of the penthouse overlooking the beach, drank champagne and then finished the day off with a walk down to Kings Beach for a little play on the sand. We don't 'do' beaches, so this was a very rare occasion and it was fun! I will post some pics when I get them from Mum's camera.

We had a semi-quiet day on Saturday, the boys were going crazy in their 'come down' from the couple of busy days. The 3 of them and I did go down to the shops for a little while, which was only slightly crazy but we survived LOL

Sunday was spent up at another Aunt and Uncles house at Mt Tamborine. Oh how I love it up there! One day I would love to just go exploring Gallery Walk and potter around the little shops up there soaking in all the atmosphere. It's not a place for little kids though, so will have to wait for that day I think. Was great catching up with all the family though, more yummy food, lots of laughs and lots of photography. Had a bit of a hairy ride home down the Mt though, as it had started to storm. We got to drive through the clouds which the boys thought was pretty cool.

Have a few photos to post, but have to go and feed the big boys so will do those in another post :)

*insert witty title here*

Yes, I know. I've been neglecting the blog again. Wish I could blame it on the fact that life has been so busy that I haven't had time. But no, that isn't the case. Yeah sure, we have been busy, but we have also been having a bit of 'downtime' at home too lately.

So, what's been going on lately?

The little boys and I have been visiting my good friend Deb a bit lately. Tuesday's are our 'beading day' and we have a lot of fun doing that. My guys play with her little guy, and often the neighbours girls over the back, and generally, when Master H and Deb's Master M aren't doing the whole power struggle thing that little guys do LOL

We had the bigger boys Kindy Christmas Party which was a great night. Got to see the boys singing their special Christmas songs, had a sausage sizzle and the highlight of the night, a visit from the big man himself, Santa!

Poor little Master P, he was fine until I stepped back to get them both into the photo, and then he lost the plot. Santa felt so bad about it, and tried to make him smile again, but no, Master P wasn't having a bar of that. We will try him again with a group photo next week, hopefully he will be right if his big brothers are with him.

A week ago, I went to a wonderful workshop with Deb. What an amazing day it was as we saw first hand what an amazing thing the Law of Attraction can be. I learnt so much from that day, and have realised just how much of how we think influences what happens in our lives. Really I could go on for ages about it, but I am going to leave that for another day.

Yesterday I had my first 'party'. No, i'm not that sad in the fact of not having a party before, but one of those Demonstration Parties. Yes, believe it or not, it was my FIRST! I'd managed to get away with not having one until now, so I think i've done pretty well LOL It was a jewellery party. The people who do it have such lovely stuff, it's a pity the money tree wasn't in full flower otherwise I could have gone a tad crazy LOL

Today, we are off to Deb's Master M's 3rd birthday party. The boys are so looking forward to it, and so am I :) Nothing like a birthday party to get you feeling like a little kid again LOL
